When can I expect my Delivery order?
Whitin 48 hours of your payment in the areas we serve and outside the areas we serve it may take over a week.

If I place an order on Saturday or Sunday, when will I receive it?
Maximum 2 business days for the areas we serve. Please check the areas we serve on link below:

Do I have to be home to receive my order?
We ask that our customers are home to receive their order for security purposes, but if you are unavailable we can leave your order at your door. We just ask that at the checkout you leave a note that our driver can leave it at the door, or somewhere secure.

What happens if my order is returned to the Warehouse?
If the driver is unable to get in touch with you for your delivery and there are no notes to leave it at your door, your order will be returned to the store. If your order is returned to the store, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. You may pick it up in store or we can try to send it out again the next day, but you will be charged a second delivery fee

My city is not listed for Areas you Serve, can I still order?
For areas that are not listed for 48h delivery you can still order, but it may take longer to receive your products as we use third party carriers as Canada post and Fedex to ship your order outside the areas we serve.

How much is the Third Party shipping fee?
The Third Party shipping fees vary on distance and the weight of your order. Shipping fees are available at checkout.
